International shipping
We offer international shipping through USPS International Services, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
• Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges (Return Policy)
EXCHANGE ONLY WHEN PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR COLLABORATIONS ARE FINAL SALES. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WHEN PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT.
Exchanges
• Eligible Items: Exchanges are available only for items purchased at full retail price.
• Final Sale Items: All discounted items, collaborations, or purchases made with cryptocurrency are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
• Exchange Window: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your shipment. All exchanges depend on current stock availability.
• Condition for Exchanges: Items must be returned in their original packaging, in as-new condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.
Refunds
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases, except in the case of damaged or defective items (see below).
Order Changes or Cancellations

Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment at [insert email address] for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping for Exchanges
• Domestic Customers: You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for exchange.
• International Customers: You are responsible for both the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to your country.
Return to Sender (RTS) Policy
• If a package is returned to us as Return to Sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for a $15 RTS Fee to cover reshipment costs. Please monitor your tracking information to ensure successful delivery.
Restocking Fee
• If an item is returned due to refusal of delivery or a policy dispute, a restocking fee of $4-$8 per item will apply. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
